myHermes is owned by Hermes UK, who operate their own independent courier network delivering over 100 million parcels each year on behalf of
some of the UK's largest online retailers including Next Directory, QVC, JD Williams and Debenhams
The service
myHermes is a door to door parcel delivery service, ideal for anyone who would like to save time and money on their shipping costs. No more time wasted travelling or queuing to deliver or receive a parcel, we take care of that for you and from as little as £2.75 + VAT
We will carry parcels that weigh up to 15 kilos and have a combined length and girth of 2.25m with a maximum length of 1.2m on the longest side.
Parcels are collected by a local courier (some exceptions for volume shippers) and end to end delivery is expected within 3-5 working days.
Multiple Address Uploads
The multiple address uploads feature has been designed to save you time when it comes to preparing multiple parcels for shipping.
Whether you’re using eBay, Amazon or an Excel file to store your recipient’s delivery details, we have the facility for you to
upload all your recipients details at the same time.
Defining upload default values in ‘My Account’ will make things even easier. It is these values that will be used if they aren't available or cannot be transported from where your recipient’s delivery details are stored.

Fully tracked
Every parcel has the assurance of full track and trace allowing you to track your parcels online. Within myshipments you also
have the ability to view a complete shipment history on every parcel that you send.
Need help? We have a number of pages of advice on how to package your parcels securely, answers to frequently asked questions and a size calculator to check your parcels are not too big for our courier network. There is also a dedicated customer services team on hand 7 days per week for any other advice.
