Parcel DeliveryAfter reading the reviews on the myhermes website i was expecting a lot better service than i received. It took the courier 3 attempts to collect my parcel, despite me ringing him to arrange a convenient time to collect and also leaving it in the safe place i advised.
i found the myhermes customer service excellent when i rang up to follow up on why parcel had not been collected, but overall i was disappointed by the collection/delivery time. I think this is probably more a problem with the local courier than with myhermes overall, but unfortunately i doubt i will use them again.

We are sorry to hear that it took the courier 3 attempts to collect your parcel; we are currently looking in this issue. Although it took the courier 3 attempts to collect your parcel, we did honour our agreement as your parcel was delivered within 3-5 working days.
