Parcel DeliveryParcels taking forever to be delivered and sitting in the central hub for days - still not delivered despite going to populous areas. Why that should happen is beyond me. Parcels from Germany can be delivered in 2 days....

Parcel Deliverytwice have sent ceramics through this company last time arrived in bits...this time took extreme care packet in three thick layers of bubblewrap,surrounded it with foam and put in very strong box and put fragile...
