Parcel Deliverymy parcels have been refused to collect second day even i have checked parcel size on the website and printed page out witch it said that this parcel can be handled by My Hermes network very poor service

Parcel DeliveryI used MyHermes for the first time last week to send 2 parcels and am very satisfied with the Shop Drop and delivery service from the carrier. Better value than Royal Mail on heavier items, easily tracked and speedily...

Parcel DeliveryI ordered an item on ebay on the 8th Nov 2012, and still have not received my item. According to Hermes the parcel was not delived due to damage, I find this very hard to believe as they have had the parcel for more...
